About the role

  • With a concentrated blend of experiential on-the-job learning and classroom and virtual training, the SECP serves as the talent pipeline for roles throughout the organization.
  • We are seeking dynamic and agile individuals eager for a lifelong career in sales to join our Sales Early Career Program.
  • SECP Associates will gain in-depth exposure through various assignments over 24-30 months.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a strong sales foundation: Sales Associates will craft the key skills and proficiencies needed to thrive in the sales industry & develop technical product knowledge
  • Develop key skills: Build skills in areas such as pricing, relationship management, negotiation, time management, and strategic business planning
  • We design and develop labeling and functional materials, radio-frequency identification (RFID) inlays and tags, software applications that connect the physical and digital and offerings that enhance branded packaging and carry or display information that improves the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Experience via student organizations, such as Alpha Kappa Psi, Association of Latino Professionals of America, Multicultural Business Association, etc.

Skills

  • Closing sales: Negotiating deals and finalizing sales and transaction
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, or related field required with Sales minor or certificate a plus.
  • Previous sales internship or co-op experience required or relevant work experience
  • Volunteerism or similar activities
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Work sponsorship is not available now or in the future
  • Additional Information
  • The salary for this position is $64,000/year.
