WRTP | BIG STEP is a nonprofit workforce development organization dedicated to connecting individuals with family-sustaining careers in the skilled trades, construction, manufacturing, and other high-demand industries.
This role plays a key part in ensuring strong participant engagement, smooth program operations, and successful outcomes.
This is a hands-on, program coordination-focused position responsible for managing day-to-day program operations and supporting participant success throughout the program lifecycle.

WRTP | BIG STEP is seeking a Program & Outreach Coordinator to support workforce training programs that connect individuals to family-supporting careers.
The Coordinator leads scheduling, logistics, and participant engagement efforts, with outreach, recruitment, and intake support provided as needed to maintain a strong program pipeline.
The Coordinator works closely with participants, staff, and community partners to move individuals through the program pipeline-from initial contact through enrollment and participation.
This is a represented (union) position and does not include supervisory or program design responsibilities.

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required.
