- As a key member of the Quality team, you will help strengthen product quality, supplier performance, and manufacturing excellence across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 3+ years of Quality Engineering and/or Manufacturing Engineering experience.
- Experience managing projects and driving quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, raw material evaluation, and process analysis.
- Familiarity with supplier qualification, certification, and performance management programs.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, occasionally on short notice.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in laboratory, manufacturing, and supplier environments while adhering to all safety and PPE requirements.
- Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring testing procedures, specifications, and quality controls.
- Quality certifications such as CQE, CQM, or CSQP are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Operations, and R&D.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive working relationships.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems preferred.
Compensation
- $90,018.00-$112,391.00
