About the role

- This role will oversee projects ranging from $3M to $10M, including renovations, ground-up construction, and small project portfolios.
- The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage subcontractor scope, contracts, and documentation (RFIs, change orders, reporting)
- Support or lead preconstruction efforts, including estimating and buyout activities
- Maintain strong internal and external customer service standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant construction experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Experience managing $3M-$10M commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of scheduling techniques and construction software tools
- Experience in preconstruction and/or estimating
- Working knowledge of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection)
- Ability to present effectively to clients and internal stakeholders
Compensation
- $110,000 - $130,000
- with annual merit increases
- Competitive base salary: $110,000 - $130,000
