- Family Health Centers of San Diego (FHCSD) is seeking an Integrative Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a growing, multidisciplinary care team delivering whole-person care within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting.
- This role blends primary care, lifestyle medicine, and integrative approaches within a highly collaborative model that includes Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Mental Health, and Health Education.
Responsibilities
- The physician will serve as the clinical lead in developing and delivering individualized, evidence-informed care plans that address the full spectrum of patient needs.
Requirements
- Experience or strong interest in lifestyle medicine, obesity medicine, or whole-person care models
- Demonstrated ability to work in team-based, multidisciplinary environments
Nice to have
- Fellowship training or board certification in Integrative Medicine (e.g., American Board of Integrative Medicine) preferred
Compensation
- $290,000 - $335,000 Full Time Annually (part time and per diem also available)
- Sign-on Bonus and up to $50,000 in Annual Incentives
- $290,000.00 - $335,000.00
