Responsibilities

  • Drive quality improvement initiatives in their area to reduce Fab impacts, improve efficiency and identify cost savings.
  • Operate and maintain equipment and tools within manufacturer's and company guidelines to ensure safety and quality expectations are met.
  • Ensure area-specific procedures and documents exist and submits updates to content when needed.
  • Support and monitor area processes and addresses/escalates issues.

Requirements

  • 10 years Test and Balance experience as a Test and Balance Technician or in a similar position
  • Must have a highschool diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues.
  • Often demonstrates technical expertise and takes ownership in the success of the team and Wolfspeed business objectives.
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft suite and be able to use this software system to create reports
  • Must be able to climb ladders and lift up to 40 lbs with assistance.
