About the role

  • The Production Graphic Designer is responsible for creating all art, preparing files for production and working with customers for art approval.
  • The Production Graphic Designer reports directly to the Quality Manager.
  • Communicate with customers and team members during creation, revision, and approval process.

Responsibilities

  • Create customer requested art for orders.
  • Maintain and manage multiple customer art files.
  • Communicate any need for supplies or items that would make graphic design more efficient or improve quality to the Quality Manager.
  • Effectively and efficiently manage time.
  • Understand and implement prepress requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design and/or
  • 3+ years' experience with computer graphic programs and Graphic Design creation in practical application.
  • A minimum of four weeks in-office training covering Advantage Label purchasing software and various email and art programs.
