Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, service calls, and emergency repairs on air conditioning and HVAC systems.
- Document all service and repair activities accurately using work order systems.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of HVAC service experience (commercial or residential).
- EPA Section 608 certification required.
- Strong understanding of HVAC electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces or elevated areas.
- Experience with energy management systems (EMS).
- High school diploma or GED required
- technical or trade school certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent troubleshooting, time management, and communication skills.
- Preferred Attributes
- NATE certification or equivalent.
- Knowledge of building automation and controls.
- Customer-focused attitude with professional appearance and demeanor.
