About the role

  • Our client is a well-established Orange County litigation firm seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney with a strong background in wage and hour matters, including class actions and PAGA representative actions.
  • Prepare discovery requests, discovery responses, and subpoenas.

Responsibilities

  • 1,800 hours (designed to support work/life balance)
  • Support first-chair attorneys before, during and after trial, preparing pretrial documents, motions and deposition summaries.
  • Review and analyze documents produced by opposing counsel and documents provided by clients.
  • Develop new clients.
  • Strong litigation, writing, and advocacy skills Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating within a team

Requirements

  • Active California State Bar License (Required) Prepare motions, oppositions to motions, and reply briefs, and attend hearings before judicial officers in state and federal courts and arbitration forums.
