Responsibilities
- Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel
- Develop individual skill set, expanding client services, sales, business and marketing expertise
- Develop training and transition materials as needed
- This job has tangential supervisory responsibilities in a support capacity.

- Effective communication skills are required: including the ability to prepare written documentation including proposals, quotations and letters

- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university
- and 0-2 years' experience in a similar role and/or training

Skills
- Exhibits the ability to multi-task, and operate under severe time constraints and immovable deadlines
- Proficient using Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to write reports, proposals and business correspondence.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear.
- The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 10 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include ability to adjust focus.
