About the role
- As a Product Designer at Auctor, you'll shepherd multiple projects from concept to launch.
- Partnering closely across all teams at Auctor, you'll weave AI into experiences that help users understand, trust, and steer AI outputs.

Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end product experiences, taking ideas from spark to polished release.
- Work hand-in-hand with engineers, and AI researchers to convert business goals into user-centered designs.
- Evolve and maintain our design system, ensuring a unified, scalable visual language.
- Run user research to surface pain points and opportunities, feeding insights back into design choices.
- Build prototypes that explore and validate new features, flows, and interactions.
- Uphold a high design bar, steering the team toward thoughtful, deliberate decisions at every turn.
- A track record of user research and applying those findings to design.
- Top-notch communication and storytelling skills to convey design ideas and reasoning.
Requirements
- Deep experience with design systems and a keen eye for visual and interaction craft.
Compensation
- $135,00-$220,000
