- Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations, Customer Success) to develop project plans, define milestones, assign tasks, and ensure alignment on timelines and objectives-mirroring the scope seen in typical implementation manager roles
- Identify and execute process improvements, share best practices, and accelerate time‑to‑value for practices.
- Monitor go-live performance and collect feedback-delivering insights that feed into product enhancements.
