This role combines hands‑on home inspections with customer service built on trust, clear communication, and accountability.
Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, enjoy working directly with people in their homes, and have experience in home inspections, energy efficiency, residential construction, or HVAC.

Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

Conduct home energy assessments and basic quality checks in occupied homes
Communicate clearly with English‑ and Spanish‑speaking homeowners in person, by phone, email, and written reports
Inspect insulation, weatherization, and existing electrical or natural gas equipment
Review contractor bids and invoices for program eligibility
Submit reports, forms, and invoices accurately and on time
Participate in occasional community outreach events to explain energy‑saving programs
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (required)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (including THC)

$55,700.00 - $83,500.00 Currency
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
$65,000-$75,000
