Responsibilities

  • Mary Bird Perkins and its partners work together to provide state-of-the-art treatments and unparalleled collaborative, comprehensive cancer services.
  • As Chief Operating Officer, you will be a strategic partner to the CEO, leading operations across our entire cancer care system.
  • You will drive alignment across these disciplines and regions, harmonizing operations and patient care, while integrating financial stewardship into daily operations.
  • In collaboration with our hospital and physician partners, we deliver state-of-the-art treatments and unparalleled comprehensive cancer services.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of clinical and business management required.
  • Must also have proven experience in information technology planning, organization, and development.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required, Masters in Business Administration or Healthcare preferred
  • Experience in financial and administrative operations, preferably in a healthcare setting.
