- Assist in repairing leaks/damages Maintain acceptable level of quality
- Clean area daily Perform other duties as assigned

- Must have normal use of hands
- Must be able to crawl on floor under homes and work in tight places
Skills
- Good reasoning skills Be able to read blue prints and tape measure
