About the role
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of water/wastewater plant construction projects, from planning to closeout.
- Negotiate contracts, change orders, and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive stakeholder communication, reporting, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing water and/or wastewater plant construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of water/wastewater process systems, civil/structural works, and mechanical/electrical installations.
- Experience with alternative delivery methods (CMAR, Design-Build, etc.).
- Proficiency with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $15M in value.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
