Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor ABA-based behavior intervention plans aligned with IEP goals
- Supervise, coach, and support staff delivering ABA services to promote high-quality and ethical practice
Nice to have
- Current BCBA, BCaBA, or relevant professional license
- Minimum two years of clinical experience providing ABA services to children with disabilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
