Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate activities related to trade shows, webinars, and other events.
- This includes pre-event planning, working with Account Executives to identify and target high-value attendees, and ensuring timely follow-up with leads generated from these events.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and external vendors to set up and manage event logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-priority prospects to drive top-of-funnel growth.
- Partner with Account Executives to align on strategies and ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.

- You will engage with potential clients from various channels, assess their needs, and create opportunities for our sales team.
- You know how to leverage technology and use data to manage your time, qualify prospects, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (Gong Engage), and research tools such as LinkedIn Navigator.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different personas.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to prioritize accounts and determine the most effective outreach approach.
- Minimum of 1.5 years as an SDR or in a similar sales role, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the Behavioral Health, SUD, Home Health or Hospice space.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and qualification metrics.
- Experience engaging with warm leads, including those from events and marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and follow up effectively.
- Eagerness to learn, improve, and grow within the sales organization.

- The base pay range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year with a variable component. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
