About the role

Responsibilities
- Deploy, manage, and support large scale Windows environments across physical data center infrastructure, including servers, switches, networking components, and virtualization platforms -
- Oversee data center construction initiatives, manage rack deployment and configuration, and support infrastructure refresh projects replacing end of life systems -
- Design and develop automation tools and scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Bash to streamline deployment processes, improve operational efficiency, and support infrastructure management at scale -
- Lead multiple concurrent projects focused on infrastructure optimization, security enhancements, and quality of life improvements while coordinating with cross functional stakeholders -
- Partner with internal teams including networking, software, developers, and controls engineers; communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences across global teams -
- Implement robust security measures, identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure infrastructure meets security best practices throughout system transitions -

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or relevant work experience.
- 4+ years of site reliability engineering (SRE), systems engineering, systems administration, DevOps, security administration, or network administration experience.
- Experience in any of the following: Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Bash, Shell or equivalent
- This role involves participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation and occasional travel (approximately 25%, valid passport required).
