- This role works closely with the Director of Ecommerce and cross functional teams while partnering with external agencies to execute against a roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, build and execute campaign calendars, and coordinate cross functional efforts to meet deadlines.
- As Retention Manager at Kion, you will own revenue and performance across lifecycle marketing channels including email, SMS,direct mail, as well subscription growth and retention.
- This includes owning campaign planning, flow optimization, and testing initiatives to drive improvements in repeat purchase rate, AOV, and LTV/LTP.
- managing multiple projects, building out schedules for future promotions and offers, coordinating those efforts across multiple teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DTC with hands on experience in Shopify, Klaviyo, and subscription platforms (Recharge or similar).
Compensation
- Full-time, $110,400-$135,000/annually DOE;
