About the role
- Base is scaling the future of energy, and we're looking for an Apprentice Electrician who is eager to learn and grow in the field.
- You will be on-site daily-assisting with pulling wire, opening panels, installing equipment, and supporting real-world electrical work.
- You are an important part of the team that helps keep our battery fleet running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Hands-On Field Support: Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and general electrical tasks.
- Quality & Compliance Support: Follow instructions to help ensure installs meet inspection requirements and internal quality standards.
- Emergent Support: Participate in occasional after-hours or weekend work as needed to support urgent field needs.

Requirements
- Ability to follow directions, ask good questions, and work well with a team.
Nice to have
- Enrolled in or eligible for an Apprentice Electrician program (Texas Apprentice License preferred).
- 0-2+ years of construction, electrical, or hands-on trade experience is a plus, but not required.
- Credentials: Enrolled in or eligible for an Apprentice Electrician program (Texas Apprentice License preferred).
