The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the resort's facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
This position offers a variety of responsibilities, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and responding to guest requests with efficiency and professionalism.

Perform engineering projects, guest calls, blitzes, and preventive maintenance as directed by resort management.
Understand HVAC systems and perform basic preventive maintenance and diagnostics.
Perform other tasks as assigned by resort operations leadership.

Repair or replace tiles, grout, vinyl, and carpet as required.
Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as required by resort management.
Safely use hand tools, power tools, and battery-powered tools required for the job.
High school diploma required.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
CPO (Certified Pool Operator) license as required by the resort.
Written and verbal communication in English is required.
Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with enthusiasm and focus.
