Responsibilities
- Lead analysis of production systems (OEE, throughput, cycle time, yield, cost) to identify systemic inefficiencies and constraints
- Perform advanced data analysis (regression, hypothesis testing, DOE, capability analysis) to determine root causes and validate improvements
- Develop and deploy models for capacity planning, bottleneck analysis, and throughput optimization
- Establish performance baselines and drive data-driven decision making across value streams
Requirements
- Hearing Ability to detect noises with or without corrective device(s)
- Making Decisions Ability to make decisions that have a moderate impact
- Employees will be required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties requested by the Supervisor.
Skills
- 6-10 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or continuous improvement
Compensation
- $46k-$100k
