About the role
- The Work Order Administrator will monitor work orders for accuracy and efficiency of hours, identify parts issues and expedite corrective action as needed.
- As jobs progress toward completion, the Work Order Administrator will complete work orders for review by the Job Manager(s).
- In addition, the Work Order Administrator handles all warranty claims and accounts related to jobs assigned.
