About the role

Lead cross-functional problem solving across product, engineering, and business teams

You will work directly with our CEO to bring clarity and efficiency to the systems and processes that drive how insurance claims are handled at scale.

Build and formalize claims operations as we scale rapidly (process, hiring, workflows)
Design scalable, data-driven processes that optimize our product workflows

2+ years in MBB consulting, investment banking, private equity, or top-tier startup in a strategic projects/operations role.
You are exceptionally intelligent, hard working and ready to move fast
You are data-driven, structured and have attention to detail
You are able to switch context quickly between different high-impact initiatives
