About the role
- Semiconductor companies rely upon FormFactor's products and services to accelerate profitability by optimizing device performance and advancing yield knowledge.
- Shift: The regular hours for this position are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday from 6:00pm to 6:15am.
- You will receive a 15% shift differential for working on the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed defect inspections of advanced probing technology products using the Olympus MX‑50 microscope and other precision inspection tools.
- Capture and document high-quality inspection images of components and products.
- Partner with engineering teams to support investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions related to quality issues.
- Validate outgoing product data to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date inventory information in the appropriate database systems.
- Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and documentation standards to maintain product traceability and compliance.
- Teamwork & Operational Support
- Work within a shift-based team environment to support daily quality, engineering, and production activities.

- This role requires strong technical inspection skills, proficiency with microscopes and measurement tools, and the ability to collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
