About the role
- This executive-level role is responsible for establishing strategic direction, leading delivery teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful implementation of large-scale transformation programs.
- The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in enterprise integrations, data migration strategies, cloud technologies, and change management methodologies.
- This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, oversee complex consulting engagements, and contribute to the growth and maturity of the organization's technology consulting practice.
Responsibilities
- Practice Leadership Lead the Integration and Data Migration practice, establishing methodologies, standards, and delivery frameworks.
- Develop strategic roadmaps and service offerings aligned with client business objectives and emerging technology trends.
- Mentor and develop managers, architects, consultants, and technical delivery teams.
- Support business development activities including solution development, proposal responses, client presentations, and capability demonstrations.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead data migration strategies, planning, governance, and execution for enterprise modernization programs.
- Cloud Adoption and Transformation Lead cloud adoption strategies and enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Organizational Change Management Direct change management activities to support technology transformation and user adoption.
- Develop stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and organizational readiness strategies.
- Assess organizational impacts and implement mitigation plans to support successful adoption.
Requirements
- US Citizen with ability to obtain a US Public Trust 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, systems integration, data migration, cloud transformation, or related disciplines.
- Extensive experience with integration architectures, data migration methodologies, and enterprise modernization programs.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, and enterprise architecture principles.
Nice to have
- Preferred Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, and enterprise SaaS transformation programs.
