Responsibilities

  • Own the coordination and preparation of quarterly investor reports, investor presentations, investment case studies, ad hoc investor meeting materials and fund/transaction updates
  • Provide ongoing support for existing investors, including monitoring and responding promptly to questions and requests, which may require liaising with various internal stakeholders and teams
  • Support fundraising initiatives in collaboration with fundraising / diligence management, legal and compliance teams, including preparation of marketing materials (i.e., pitchbooks, due diligence questionnaires, ad hoc presentations, marketing content to support the fundraise) and responding to investor inquiries
  • Collaborate with the broader global investor relations team on cross-platform initiatives and best practices
  • The Group owns and operates approximately $268 billion of assets representing the most iconic in the world's most dynamic markets.
  • We seek to generate value by leveraging our operating expertise and focusing on our core real estate capabilities of leasing, financing, development, design and construction as well as property and facilities management.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience working in private funds investor relations, capital markets, investment banking or a related field
  • Willingness and capability to take ownership of deliverables and execute to completion by proactively leveraging available resources, tools and internal expertise
  • Advanced working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • proficiency with AI tools and emerging technology to drive efficiency and enhance deliverables such as Claude and Chat GPT
  • Preference for real estate industry experience and familiarity with fund structures
  • Excellent writing, analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal) with a collaborative work style; keeps colleagues informed and builds strong cross-functional relationships
  • Creative prowess to translate complicated financial data into a simple story and compelling message for both external and internal stakeholders
  • Superior organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about real estate investing and private fund operations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proven ability to multitask, prioritize and manage competing demands under tight deadlines
  • Advanced working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word; proficiency with AI tools and emerging technology to drive efficiency and enhance deliverables such as Claude and Chat GPT

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field preferred

  • Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus).
  • Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive.
