Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and prioritizing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Partners with engineering teams to translate business needs into user stories and technical specifications.
- Partners with engineering teams to support the resolution of technical challenges.
- Assists in tracking and analyzing product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize product performance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Insurance, Risk Management, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance, claims operations, product management, business analysis, process improvement, or technology delivery roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend practical solutions.
- or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and build consensus across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
