Responsibilities
- Pick up needed materials and deliver to job sites.
Requirements
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of homes is essential
- Clean insurable driving record and background, with good references required
- Proven performance in customer service, has a positive attitude, and exhibits initiative
- Self starter with the ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks at a time
- Professional attire, attitude and behavior required.
- S/he must be able to communicate effectively while providing the required hands-on manual labor needed to complete residential remodels with budgets ranging from $65,000 - $1,000,000.
Nice to have
- Driving to various job sites and physically moving around job sites in all phases of construction is a daily occurrence.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking and writing so others will understand.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred but not required.
Skills
- Basic Computer Skills required
- First Aid / CPR Certification preferred
- OSHA Construction Certification: 10-Hour & 30-Hour preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Understanding of Architectural Plans preferred
