Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Four (4) or more years of clinical experience in the specialty/patient population of the care area/unit/service line
- Two (2) or more years of experience in a unit leadership role (including Charge Nurse, Team Lead, Resource RN or RN IV-level at UAMS or similar leadership roles)
- Must possess advanced knowledge of nursing practice and the ability to apply standards within the nursing practice specialty area.
