About the role
- Over time, you may expand into additional performance channels as the business prioritizes them.
- You understand that great performance media sits at the intersection of capital allocation, experimentation, and systems thinking, and you're energized by the process of testing your way to what works.
Responsibilities
- Own paid social and mobile network performance
- Develop and own strategy and execution for paid social (e.g. Meta, TikTok) and mobile ad networks (e.g. AppLovin), with a focus on efficient new customer acquisition
- Manage budgets, pacing, bidding, audience/structure decisions, and optimization to improve CAC, payback, and scalable growth
- Build and manage a testing roadmap that keeps a constant stream of media experiments in market
- Optimize the conversion system
- Own acquisition landing page experimentation tied to your channels-prioritize the test backlog, define success metrics, and ship/kill/scale based on performance
- Partner with the Performance Creative Strategist on message match between ads and landing pages
- own the performance readout and decisioning
- Identify and implement AI-driven tools and workflows that accelerate reporting, optimization, experiment tracking, and day-to-day media ops
- Partner cross-functionally
Requirements
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience buying and optimizing paid social (e.g. Meta and/or TikTok), with a track record tied to performance metrics
- Deep knowledge of working with MMPs (eg AppsFlyer)
- Experience with mobile ad networks / UA platforms (e.g. AppLovin) or strong adjacent mobile performance experience
- Experience owning landing page / CRO testing for acquisition funnels
- Familiarity with fintech, consumer finance, or another regulated industry
- Experience with incrementality testing, attribution, or media mix measurement
- Experience standing up or scaling additional performance channels beyond social/mobile
- You can open an account and quickly tell a clear story about what's driving results.

Compensation
- $140,000 - $160,000
- The base salary range represents the reasonably anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position.
