About the role
- Work alongside nationally recognized Human Performance professionals.
- Make a direct impact on Soldier health and operational readiness.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and return-to-duty services.
- Collaborate daily with Physical Therapists, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, Registered Dietitians, Cognitive Performance Specialists, Occupational Therapists, and unit leadership.
- Design and implement rehabilitation and injury prevention programs tailored to military occupational demands.
- Support Soldier performance across the five H2F readiness domains:
- Utilize Army-approved documentation systems and data collection tools to monitor outcomes and support continuous program improvement.
- Joining LMR means becoming part of a nationally recognized Human Performance team that supports the readiness of America's military.
- Support one of the fastest-growing Human Performance initiatives within the Department of Defense.
Requirements
- Maintain current certification/licensing requirements as required by the contract and the applicable state board of the AT.
- Web-based classes do not meet required standards.
- U.S. Citizenship (copy of birth certificate or naturalization papers required).
- ATs performing under this contract must be US citizens.

Compensation
- $60,000 - 68,000 annually.
