About the role
- Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day communication between our clients and our laboratories, ensuring exceptional client experience, and performing tasks within the various login departments.
- Advise walk-in clients about service information and project preparation.
- Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.
- Maintain a constant overview of projects in PLM/TEM/and IAQ departments that need login or client communication.
- Unpack shipments and document receipt of sample.
- Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes.
- Teamwork is the foundation of success at Eurofins; We perform other tasks as needed across departments.
Requirements
- Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English
