Responsibilities

  • Facilitates an ongoing delightful employee ex perience by providing operational support and maintaining a well organized, visually pleasing facility.
  • Build an active relationship with business partners and leaders to assess team allocations and occupancy needs as well as conference room usage. Provide proactive solutions, and improvement ideas through observation.
  • Maintain spatial data within the space management tool and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Coord inate with the Space Planning to maintain space standard ratios for on/offline rooms and office standards and solutions, as well as define space related programs to improve team member experience.
  • Facilitates and maintains relation ships with building vendors, such as landlord, food and beverage partners, etc.
  • Maintain budgets and track expenses for multiple different areas of the business.
  • Acts as the single point of contact for all building related issues.
  • Today, we build security cameras that detect action, identify danger and help keep people and places safe and secure.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of management experience or related project managem ent experience.
  • 5+ years of workplace services experience.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, FLS, plumbing, etc.) is strongly encouraged.
  • You are an individual who thrives in a fast paced evolving environment, who possesses strong communicat ion skills, and the ability to successfully prioritize and execute tasks.
  • Other site specific duties and support may be required.

  • A passion for providin g exceptional customer service through human connection and ongoing operations support.
  • Strong interpersonal and co mmunication skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments, work collaboratively.

  • Strong financial acumen with solid understanding of budget tracking & maintenance.
