About the role
- Meet with clients to assess immigration needs and determine available legal options
- Prepare clients for interviews, hearings, and other immigration proceedings
- Prepare, review, and file immigration petitions, applications, waivers, and supporting documentation
Responsibilities
- We work with clients across the U.S. and around the world - in English and Spanish - helping families reunite, seek safety, and build a brighter future.
- Develop case strategies tailored to each client's circumstances and immigration goals
- Collaborate with legal assistants to manage case progress and maintain efficiency
- Develop persuasive legal arguments and supporting documentation
- Work closely with legal assistants and support staff to ensure an exceptional client experience
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish. required
- 2+ years of immigration law experience
- Experience handling family-based and humanitarian-based immigration matters
- Strong knowledge of USCIS processes and immigration court procedures
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar business software

Compensation
- $95,000-$120,000, depending on experience
- Remote work environment with occasional in-person attendance required for court hearings and client interviews
