About the role
- Responsible for the timely creation, revision, organization, and preparation of original and revised Company material for publication and distribution, ensuring content and format are compliant with departmental and Company standards.
- Must demonstrate strong ability in Quality Control.
- Responsible for the timely creation, revision, organization, and preparation of original and revised Company material (manuals, bulletins, forms, etc.) for publication and distribution.

Requirements
- Strong experience in the Technical Writing field required.
- Strong experience in structured authoring, XML and DITA.
- Strong experience with Adobe Acrobat Professional.
- Strong experience with Adobe FrameMaker.
- Strong ability to self-audit and function with limited assistance required.
- Strong ability to self-manage assigned projects required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).
- Must be able to work within aggressive delivery schedules.
- Familiarity with Document Management Systems a plus.
Nice to have
- High School or GED equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two to five years' experience with the above preferred.
- Experience with AI tools a plus.
- Strong ability in Quality Control a plus.
- Experience in a regulatory environment a plus.
Compensation
- $62,500 - $84,000 USD
