Responsibilities
- Leverages industry knowledge to lead teams in the design of resources and processes that result in high quality deliverables.
- Leads business development within a specific business line, in close partnership with a focused business development team, through participation in proposals, demonstrations, strategic client conversations
- Develops new business opportunities and contacts through analyzing existing markets and networks.
- Builds a network of effective, collaborative, and trusted relationships clients, prospective clients, and/or business partners.
Requirements
- Must be tactical in delivering project tasks under tight deadlines, with the ability to keep the big picture in mind at same time from a strategic perspective.
- Ability to deal with adversity and differing opinions.
- Demonstrated experience in grant writing, research, proposals desired
- Professional certification is industry specific and may be required by certain client engagements.
- As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role.

- Education
- Must possess a Master's Degree (or higher) in education or a related field of expertise
- Experience
- 8 + years of e xperience developing, bidding, winning, and delivering public sector management consulting services with progressively increasing level of leadership responsibility. Demonstrated experience in a public sector setting is preferred. Experience supervising teams.
