Responsibilities
- Providing legal analysis and support for supply chain, procurement, logistics and customs transactions, including structuring, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex domestic and international purchase contracts and software licenses
- Using Lean thinking to streamline processes and reduce cycle time, including developing standard templates and policies
- Leading projects that support business and supply chain initiatives
- Developing and delivering training on legal, contract, and compliance matters

- Advising on contract interpretation, claims, and disputes
- Identifying and advising on regional, portfolio, and transactional risks and how to mitigate them
- Providing advice and counsel on antitrust/competition law, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, environmental and customs issues, and other regulations and compliance matters
- Staying current on legal developments affecting supply chain activities
- Communicating across all levels of the organization and working cross-functionally to drive business priorities Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
Compensation
- Relocation Assistance Provided: No For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $176,300.00 and $293,800.00.
- The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
- Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
