As a Software Implementation Consultant on our Decision Support (DS) team, you will be an expert at implementing the Decision Support suite of our software, StrataJazz®.
Decision Support is rated #1 in KLAS and is known as the "gold standard" for understanding cost and margins.
Implementation includes configuring the user requirements, validating functionality, building reports, developing workflows, and testing key features of the software while delivering the project on time and on budget.
Communicate proactively with Strata team members, managers, project managers, and executives on issues and risks that may arise during the project life cycle. Develop and execute action plans to mitigate risks proactively.
Work in an Agile environment and learn one of the most widely used and effective methodologies for building and implementing high quality, feature-rich software.

2-3 years experience implementing and configuring software.
Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization in a clear and articulate way.

Experience using SQL or relational database concepts
Experience using StrataJazz

Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience.

$70,000- $90,000

Implement significant components of StrataJazz®, specific to Cost Accounting, Service Line Margin Analytics, and Episode Analytics at multiple customers across the country.
Lead customer meetings and trainings to ensure customers understand specific features and functions related to StrataJazz®.
Meaningfully contribute to operational improvement and strategic growth projects to enable Strata to continue to scale operations and continually improve our level of service to customers.
