About the role

This includes maintaining clear and consistent communication with our stakeholders to ensure clear expectations and providing updates on the status of their projects.
The Business Analyst must understand the broader IT landscape, including the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and how various initiatives-whether in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, GTM, or Human Resources-are interdependent.
This holistic perspective is essential for identifying opportunities for synergy, minimizing duplication, and ensuring that solutions are scalable and aligned with enterprise goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop and present detailed business requirements and project proposals to support decision-making processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor solutions that enhance business performance.
Develop and maintain documentation, including process maps, workflow diagrams, and project reports.
Create and present current, transition, and future state architectural diagrams to internal and external stakeholders.
Provide first line support and manage tickets pertaining to the Data Engineering team.

The Business Analyst will leverage their strong analytical skills and experience with IT workflows and systems to partner with our business stakeholders and deliver insightful analysis and recommendations to them.
A strong technical and analytical mindset, excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering impactful business solutions is a must.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience with common all enterprise technologies (Microsoft, NetSuite, Snowflake, Zip, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, ServiceNow etc.).
Experience with data mapping and integration.
3+ years of experience working in an IT Engineering organization
3+ years of experience with data warehousing and data warehouse technologies

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $101,000 to $155,000.

The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience.
