About the role
- The Senior FP&A Manager will be responsible for driving improvements in company margins by minimizing price erosion and enhancing supply chain efficiencies, with progress reviewed semi-annually.
- Additionally, the role includes managing forecasting and analytics for Institutional, Biosimilars, and Retail generics, focusing on key factors such as price, volume, margin, and customer mix.
Responsibilities
- This role will also support Investor Relations (IR) by handling key tasks for the VP of IR, including board reporting, peer analysis, quarterly earnings support, and long-range planning (LRP) updates.
- The Senior Financial Analysis and Planning Manager will work under the guidance of the VP, FP&A to prepare forecasting presentations and support finance-related IT projects, such as the D2C initiative.
Compensation
- This role will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to coordinate and implement savings initiatives, targeting annual savings of $10M or more.
