  • This role offers the opportunity to oversee a variety of rehabilitation programs from initial planning through final field monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • We value collaborative leaders who can effectively manage budgets and provide technical recommendations to the City Council and management.
  • Coordinates and manages construction contracts for major street rehabilitation projects including street overlay and concrete rehabilitation and preservation programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other closely related field

Nice to have

  • PMP Certification
  • PE Certification
  • Knowledge of inspection and coordination work
  • Material associated with asphalt and Portland cement concrete infrastructure
  • City standards and specifications
  • Computer operation and related software applications
  • Budget and finance management

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Skill in general computer use and related software including Microsoft Excel, Word, and ESRI ArcGIS.
  • Obtain and report on precise data
  • Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Perform complex mathematical computations
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Supportive team player with a positive attitude and ability to adapt to change
  • Strong commitment to safety

Compensation

  • The hiring range for this role is $91,042 - $113,802 annually.
  • Salary to be commensurate with experience.
