About the role

The Director of Front Office provides strategic, operational, and administrative leadership for all front office functions across the organization, including Patient Access, Financial Clearance, and clinic-based administrative services.
This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, staff engagement, and a seamless patient experience across multiple clinics and service lines.
This role ensures efficient, coordinated, and patient-centered front office workflows while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and service excellence.

Develop, implement, and monitor strategic goals, objectives, and performance metrics aligned with organizational priorities.
Lead system-wide process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, patient experience, and operational effectiveness.
Develop and manage operating and capital budgets; monitor financial performance and ensure fiscal accountability.
Optimize front-end revenue cycle performance, including financial clearance, denial prevention, and insurance processes.
Drive initiatives that improve revenue capture, reduce denials, and enhance financial outcomes.

$99,000 - $148,000 per year
The posted range represents the full hiring range.
Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications.
