About the role
- CHANEL is looking for a Sales Manager for the Beverly Hills Watches & Fine Jewelry (WFJ) Flagship.
- The role will be based in Beverly Hills and report to the Boutique Director for the Beverly Hills WFJ Flagship.
- This position will serve as a key brand ambassador and business leader focused on delivering extraordinary experiences for internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities
- Drive scale and grow WFJ business across all segments (Watches/Fine Jewelry/High Jewelry), through the 5th Ave WFJ sales team.
- Engage neighboring Fashion and WFJ partners to reach strong growth ambition.
- Deliver on business driving KPIs around recruitment, retention, conversion, data capture, etc.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and achieve goals.
- Partner closely with Boutique Director to serve as a liaison between the Fashion and Watches & Fine Jewelry divisions, fostering consistent communication, a collaborative and partnership-driven culture by strengthening cross-divisional relationships, identifying shared client opportunities, and creating meaningful connections that support the growth of businesses.
- Partner closely with the CRM team to identify business opportunities and develop targeted client lists that support boutique priorities, collection launches, grassroots events, client engagements, and sales objectives.
- Partner with Sales Advisors to review and activate targeted client lists, ensuring personalized, relevant, and timely outreach.
- Drive successful WFJ events and activations by leading the team in identifying high potential clients and supporting curated client outreach and follow-up.
- Coach and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional client experience for all clients at all times enabled by meaningful leadership presence on the selling floor.
- Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
Nice to have

- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.

Compensation
- The anticipated base salary range for this position is 90,000 through 121,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components [may/will] include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
