  • The Project Manager has full responsibility for managing all aspects of multiple small to midsize projects, their teams, and prepare strategic plans for project success.
  • The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
  • Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Estimates fees, determines the scope of work and prepares proposals and contracts.
  • What you need to bring: Excellent leadership attributes to mentor supporting staff Exceptional time management, written, and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and follow-through ability Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Have a positive attitude Thorough understanding and preparation of design projects through all phases of development Proficient in Revit or similar design applications Prefer 10+ years of design experience Professional license preferred but not required Professional degree from an accredited college or university
