About the role
- We are seeking a Semi Sr Learning & Development Analyst to design, implement and execute development and talent initiatives across the region.
- The role combines performance management, talent processes, and data-driven insights, working closely with HRBPs, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive capability building, foster leadership development, and support employee growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support key talent processes, including Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Design and facilitate development programs, workshops and development initiatives for employees across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, Behavioral Sciences or related fields.
Skills
- Proficiency in digital tools and HR systems.
- Workday knowledge is a plus.
- Advanced English.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in industrial or operational environments is a plus.
- Analyze data, monitor participation, and generate actionable insights and reports to inform decision-making.
