Responsibilities
- As the Organizations & Leadership Coordinator, you will coordinate and implement a variety of student leadership programs offered through Student Involvement.
- In this role, you will support registered student organizations by providing training, assisting with event registration and planning, and serving as a resource for organization leaders.
- You will also oversee the operations of the Student Organization Center, including supervising and supporting student staff, while helping create meaningful opportunities for student engagement, leadership development, and organizational success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of professional work experience in organization advising, event planning, student advocacy, or related work.
- A Master's degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of professional work experience.
- Basic knowledge of and experience with student organizations.

Nice to have
- Two years of experience in a student activities office in a college setting.
- Experience advising student organizations.
- Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team.
- Experience with program development, presentation development, and implementation.
- Experience working with an online student organizations management system (i.e. Orgsync, Collegiatelink, Campus Labs, etc.).
- Customer service experience.
