About the role

The supervisor should provide leadership and technical assistance to the maintenance technicians and janitorial personnel.
The supervisor will also be responsible for spare parts inventory, preventative maintenance program implementation, and ensuring compliance with all safety procedures.
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 4:00pm - 12:30am.

Responsibilities

Lead team of maintenance technicians and janitorial staff to perform all daily aspects of distribution center maintenance.
Manage the preventative maintenance program timing, scheduling, and execution amongst the DC maintenance team and external partners.
Manage inventory, provide accurate order information, and lead receiving and storage of all spare parts.

Associate's Degree 2 year technical degree or work related experience 3-5 years experience industrial maintenance supervision Working knowledge of PLCs Able to work flexible hours (occasional Saturday shift) Previous experience with preventative maintenance programs Hands on management approach Must have conveyor, forklift, and electrical experience and trouble-shooting skills VIRTUAL REQUIREMENTS: At DICK'S, we thrive on innovation and authenticity.
