Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business information systems engineering or related field
  • 3 to 5 years' experience as Business Analyst in technical or digital transformation environment
  • Hands on experience with automation and prototyping tool, especially Microsoft Power Automate
  • Experience with ERP system, workflow design, and business application required
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling, workflow, and improvement method

Nice to have

  • Experience with Power Platform including Power Apps and Power BI preferred

Skills

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis - Capturing and documenting business needs clearly.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting - Using SQL, Excel, or BI tools to interpret and present data.
  • Business Intelligence Tools - Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Knowledge - Understanding Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Use Case & User Story Development - Writing detailed functional scenarios for developers.
  • Requirements Management Tools - Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Data Modeling & Database Knowledge - Understanding relational databases and ER diagrams
